Micropace warrants that, for a period of one year from the date of installation or delivery of its Products to the end customer, the Product, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, or if provided as a software, that it will operate substantially as specified when used by the operators, in the environments and in the manner specified in the accompanying user instruction manual. Except for the above express limited warranties, and subject to law, Micropace makes, and you receive, no warranties, express, implied, statutory, or in any communication with you; Micropace specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose other than the Intended purpose described on the Product instructions or in the user instruction manual.

Micropace shall have no obligation to make repairs to, or replace Products which are damaged by normal wear and tear or which result from:

(i) catastrophe, fault or negligence of a person other than Micropace staff,

(ii) improper or unauthorised repair,

(iii) wilful damage, or

(iv) causes external to the Product, including, but not limited to, power surges, extreme environmental conditions outside of specifications or mishandling, such as impact damage or spillage of liquids within the Product.

Micropace products must only be used by an appropriately qualified, in appropriate facilities and in conjunction with appropriate safety equipment as described in any safety warnings provided with the Product or instruction manual. Micropace accept no liability for any consequence or damages arising from use of it’s Products otherwise than as instructed. The Operator should verify for him / herself that each function of the Micropace Products performs to the Operator’s expectation prior to use.

To the maximum extent permissible by law, the entire liability of Micropace or its distributors and your exclusive remedy under the warranty provided herein will be, at the option of Micropace, for Micropace to attempt to correct or repair errors, to replace the product, or to refund the purchase price upon the return to and inspection of the Product by Micropace.
