Intended Use

EP Y-Adapter Cable^TM is a non-sterile, reusable, defibrillator-proof adapter cable intended to be used to couple multiple devices during procedures such as cardiac rhythm management and cardiac electrophysiology studies. The cable allows simultaneous connection of compatible patient leads to equipment such as cardiac stimulators, EP recorders and Pacing System Analyzers. The cable allows transmission of intra-cardiac electrograms and transmission of cardiac stimulation energy.  The cable provides a more efficient method of coupling devices which would otherwise be interconnected via multiple ad-hoc cables.
